You might be wondering…

  • With a background in Architecture and Engineering and years of experience exploring various artistic mediums, I balance professional structure with creative flow.

I am not just painting your wall —I respond deeply to the energy and context of your space, your lifestyle, personality, or, for businesses, your unique brand identity and goals. For cities and municipalities, I engage with their vision and community identity to create work that is beautiful, functional, and immersive, reflecting the unique character of the place.

My design process thoughtfully considers aesthetics, constructibility, long-term maintenance, and how people will experience and interact with the space over time.

For me, art is more than decoration—it’s a powerful language that communicates feeling, culture, story telling, and a strong sense of place. My goal is to create meaningful environments that resonate emotionally and bring joy and calm to your everyday.

  • THE BASICS

I believe a great working relationship starts with clarity. That’s why I’m upfront about pricing—to make the process smooth, respectful, and collaborative from the start.

Most projects range from $5,000–$10,000+, depending on the scale, complexity, and location. I take on a limited number of projects each year to ensure every client receives focused attention and care.

My minimum project fee is $3,000, though I occasionally consider smaller creative ideas on a case-by-case basis if the fit feels right.

    INITIAL CONSULTATION

Projects typically begin with a paid on-site consultation. This visit includes a walkthrough of the space, a creative conversation, and a wall condition assessment. No design work is provided at this stage.

    • Residential: $150/hour + $80/hour travel

    • Commercial: $175–$200/hour + $100–$115/hour travel

If the project moves forward, your consult fee is credited toward the total.

    DESIGN & PAINTING

Before painting begins, we’ll collaborate on a custom concept tailored to your space. A design development fee applies to this phase (and may be reduced if your vision is already clearly defined).

Painting is priced between $35–$50 per square foot, plus a materials percentage fee.

Please note that the rates listed represent standard pricing but may vary based on project specifics such as complexity, location, or timing. Customized estimates are provided for each project, and rates are subject to adjustment over time as my practice evolves.

  • I break my projects into three phases:

    • Initial Consult

    • Design Development (DD)

    • Design Implementation (DI)

First, I’ll visit your space to assess the wall conditions and gather inspiration to ensure the design fits the vibe of your environment. I want to understand who I am designing for, how you use the space, and what you are envisioning. Based off of this meeting, I create a contract for the project to be agreed upon and signed by both parties.

Then in DD I collaborate with you virtually to develop a schematic design and color concept. Whether you have a clear vision or no idea where to start, I’ll meet you where you are and guide the creative process from start to finish. This includes tools like Pinterest boards, Zoom calls, color studies, and design options with iterations. Every client is different, and my goal is to tailor the process to your unique needs.

In the DI phase, I bring the design to life—this is when I come paint :). I’ll paint on-site for the duration outlined in your contract. During this time, I’ll keep materials and a ladder in your space overnight.

For scheduling, I aim to work around your availability and comfort—I know I’m a guest in your business or home.
